Fusion is when particles combine.
Fission is when they tear apart.

You are it
it is you.

The one is all
all is one.

Random bit of information float through my head. I read, watch videos, have deep conversations and observe the world around me in relation to spiritual and esoterically related matters in a much larger way than ever before. I record in a black covered notebook things that resonate.

I have felt jolts of energy as I hear people speak words. I have gotten paper cuts wrestling with books of knowledge. I have had late night conversations heading home on the subway to awake in the middle of the night after dreaming of the multi-dimenonsal level of consciousness discussed to see a shadow figure floating at the end of my bed ascend up a brightly lit staircase.

Communication has been made. It is fleeing and fitting. It has been sought and not. It is very real and incomprehensible in the same. It is mystical and magical yet also science and matter.

The heart is a place to start. Heart. Art. Start. I mediated to open my heart chakra earlier today and felt the bright, pink light of love. Light is the source of creation and the consciousness our existence. I  visualized a rose and literally smelt roses. Essence moves through everything. Live in the heart not in the physical world. Go within. You are not your thoughts but the awareness of your thoughts.

Watched Spirit Science after I mediated. Saw some pointers on- How to be a "light being.
One be compassionate to all people and life.
Two be willing to learn new things.
Three be responsible for oneself.

Check one, two, three... I see the trinity. Today I also learned a little(okay a lot) more about sacred geometry than I already knew. For every two extremes there is a middle.

One is unity. It is all encompassing and connected to all things. It is the source field. Then there is the source field of the source field also known as duality or the number two. Duality is male and female. Yin and yang. Structure and randomness. It is the balance of two poles, two opposites and somewhere between either/or. Somewhere between either/or brings us to number three, the trinity. See above for examples of the triangular trinity. After three comes the four elements.

solid, liquid, gas, plasma
winter, spring, summer, autumn
north, east, south, west
food, oxygen, water, prana

Prana is life. Life is light and love. Inward and outward. Breath in and out. One breath at a time live in your heart.
